Ally is probably best described as a (rather short and surprisingly compact) ball of energy who loves nothing more than travelling the world, living in new cultures, eating good food, going on adventures, and experiencing new things. She has previously lived in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan; Gwangju, South Korea; Oxford, England; Chao, Peru (where she spent the summer of her freshman year digging in the sand); and her hometown of Toronto, Canada. She holds an MA(oxon) in Archaeology and Anthropology from the University of Oxford, an MSc in Biological Anthropology and International Relations from the University of Toronto, and a Masters in Disaster and Emergency Management from York University. She has travelled and lived extensively around Europe, Asia, East Africa and South America, and hopes to continue her adventures in the future.
